I am Root – A Non Alcoholic Root Beer Soda

A classic root beer featuring mint, vanilla, nutmeg and sassafras flavors.
This classically style is low in carbonation with an extremely rich
finish. Try some with ice cream.

Black Cherry Soda – Non Alcoholic

This throwback to the traditional Black Cherry Soda. Like our root beer, low in carbonation so we can show off the abundant Black Cherry flavor.

Schmohz Root Beer and Black Cherry Soda is available in bottles and in 5 Gallon Pub Kegs for
purchase at the Brewery. A pub keg will fill approximately 40-16oz solo
cups or 52-12oz servings.

If you are doing floats we recommend filling the cup half full then
slowly adding ice cream. (if you do it in reverse it causes a lot of
foaming). Floats in a 16oz cup is approximately 80 servings
